Repetitive Magnetic Stinulation Versus Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation in Myofascial Pain Syndrome of Neck and Shoulder : A Comparison Study
… 이상 된 뒷목과 어깨의 근막통증후군 통증 환자 총 20명을 무작위로 반복자기자극과 경피전기 신경자극 치료 두 군으로 분류하였다. 2주간 총 10회, 1회에 20분간 각각의 치료를 통증이 가장 심한 부위에 치료를 받았으며 치료에 대한 평가는 치료 시작 전, 2주 치료종료 직후, 치료 종료 후 2주와 5주에 시행하였다. 평가 도구로 Numeric rating scale(NRS)을 사용하였으며 Neck Pain and Disability Visual Analog Scale(NPDVAS), Neck Disability …
