A Study on the Effects of a Telephone-Based Health Coaching Program on Mothers of Children with Atopic dermatitis
본 연구는 전화코칭프로그램이 아토피피부염 환아 어머니의 상태불안, 자기효능감, 건강관리이행에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 유사실험연구이다. 본 연구는 2014년 10월 14일부터 2015년 4월 30일까지 서울소재 S 종합병원에 방문하는 소아아토피피부염 환아 어머니를 대상으로 실시되었고, 실험군 35명, 대조군 37명으로 총 72명을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 실험중재로는 고광욱(2007b)의 전화코칭협상 이론의 6단계를 이용한 아토피관리프로그램을 10주동안 처음 6주는 주 1회씩, 나머지 4주는 격주에 1회씩 …
