배경: 칸디다혈증은 병원에서 발생하는 패혈증의 흔한 원인이며, 치명률도 높은 편이다. 칸디다혈증은 항진균제 투여에도 불구하고 혈액에서 쉽게 제거되지 않는 미생물학적 치료 실패가 드물지 않다. 하지만 지속성 칸디다혈증과 관련된 위험 요인이 무엇인지는 아직 명확히 밝혀져 있지 않다. 대상 및 방법: 2006년 8월부터 2008년 7월까지의 2년간 아주대학교 병원에서 진료한 칸디다혈증 환자를 연구 대상으로 하였다. 대상 사례들을 전신적 항진균제 투여 72시간 이후에도 칸디다혈증이 지속된 환자와 그렇지 않은 환자로 나누어 후향적 …
