간호사의 신체화증상과 감정노동 및 소진과의 관계 본 연구는 간호사의 신체화증상과 감정노동 및 소진과의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구로 간호사의 신체화증상 예방을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 경기도 소재 일 대학병원에서 근무경력이 1년 이상이고, 진단받은 특정한 질병이 없는 3교대 간호사 188명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집기간은 2015년 3월 10일부터 3월 28일까지 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서 사용한 도구는 한덕웅, 전겸구, 탁진국, 이창호 및 이건효(1993)가 개발한 신체적 증후 도구와 …

본 연구는 종합병원 종사자를 대상으로 정신건강의 예측변수로 직무스트레스, 감정노동 및 자아 탄력성이 관련이 있는지를 밝힘으로써 정신건강 증진에 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 시도 하였다. 이 연구는 조사연구로, 경기도 일개 대학 병원의 종사자를 대상으로 구조화 된 자가 기입식 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 총 329부의 자료를 PASW 17.0으로 전산처리하였고, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 대상자의 일반적 특성은 여성이 196(59.6%)명, 남성이 133(40.4%)명으로 여성이 반 이상을 차지하였고, 연령은 …
