… 직무만족도를 높여 효율적으로 갈등상황을 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 간호사의 갈등관리유형에 따른 조직몰입과 직무만족도의 차이를 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 일개 대학병원의 간호사를 표적 모집단으로 하여, 이중 대상자 선정 기준에 부합되며, 연구 참여에 서면 동의한 278명이다. 대상자 선정 기준은 간호사로 근무한지 6개월 이상의 여자 일반 간호사와 책임 간호사이다. 본 연구에서 사용된 도구는 Thomas와 Kilmann(1975)에 의해 만들어진 갈등관리유형 도구를 이건협(2007)이 수정한 도구를 …
