… 역할 증대를 위하여 노력하지만 실제 임상에서 이루어지고 있는 간호사의 역할이 전문적 가치 기준에 맞지 않아 이론과 실제의 차이를 느끼게 되어 높은 스트레스를 나타낸 것이라고 생각된다. 따라서 이러한 상황에서 발생하는 스트레스에 대한 관리방안의 개발 및 적용이 필요로 되며, 간호업무성과의 향상을 위해서는 간호 전문성 향상을 위한 다양한 연구 활동을 통하여 임상에서 간호 전문가로서 확고한 위치를 구축할 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다.
