Ethical Dilemma, Empowerment and Job Satisfaction of Home health care Nurses
본 연구는 가정전문간호사의 윤리적 딜레마와 임파워먼트, 직무만족간의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집 기간은 2009년 8월 1일부터 2010년 2월 28일까지이고, 연구 대상은 전국 병·의원에 근무하는 가정전문간호사 79명이었다. 연구도구로 윤리적 딜레마는 안성희 등(2004)이 사용한 것을 가정전문간호사에게 맞도록 수정․보완하였고 신뢰도는 Cronbach's α는 .927 이다. 임파워먼트는 김현숙(2008)이 사용한 도구로 신뢰도는 Cronbach's α는 .925 이다. 직무만족을 측정하기 위한 도구는 …
