Aid to Zambia and its Impact on Social - Economic Development 1964 - 1983, This research project tries to evaluate the effect of aid on Zambia's social - economic development. The hypothesis is that the quantity, quality and forms of aid has led to increased; gross domestic saving, investment, employment opportunities and to self - sustained development, In order to carry out the task outlined above the study design is on the level of hypothesistesting Historical data is used to test whether or not GDP, sectoral/ and employment growth ra.tescan be explained, at least in part in terms of quantity, quality and forms of aid inflows, On the basis of the results alternative approaches to a,id administration are suggested.
