The present study was concerned with the importance of chance factors that human resource agency personnel perceived to be present in their job searches. The purpose of the study was to determine the N relationship between perception of chance in finding jobs and 1) locus A of control; 2) use of job search resources; 3) job-related dimensions; and 4) demographic variables.
