Automatizuotos sunkvežimio valdymo bloko gedimų paieškos ir diagnozavimo sistemos tyrimas /
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe aim of this work is to • Conduct an analytical review of methods for detecting, recognizing, and repairing control unit faults. • Establish different fault diagnosis categories and formulate methods for recognizing and detecting faults for experimental research and investigate the effectiveness of the selected methods. • Provide suggestions for applying the methods in practice and compare the obtained results. Automating the search and diagnosis of electronic faults provides an opportunity to reduce repair time by indicating localized faults or their sources. Required data for this research was gathered for the MBench Lite engine emulator. Gathered data showed that the correct emulation of all the proportional valves is possible. Only 6 out of the 9 available sensors are emulated correctly. Oil Level Sensor requires a hardware change. The current 22 Ω resistor must be changed with a voltage-controlled resistor. The remaining two sensors were not found in any truck during this research. The research showed a major flaw in the hardware of MBench Lite. If one of the proportional valve transistors has a short to battery, the resistors in MBench Lite begin to burn due to the high current flowing through it. Researched and put forward solutions and components to fix this flaw. Created algorithm for Automated truck control unit fault detection.
