11-12 KLASIŲ MOKINIŲ VERSLUMO, KAIP ASMENINIŲ SAVYBIŲ, UGDYMAS MOKYKLOJE /

In today’s constantly changing society it is important that people could able to adapt, be prepared to live and work insecurity and competition. To achieve such a society, need to start building entrepreneurship human characteristic in primary school, maybe even earlier. It is important, that students who have graduated from high school share the entrepreneurship, are able to adapt to market needs as employers or as employees and to understand that entrepreneurship is beneficial in all areas of life. The object: entrepreneurial character expression of 11-12 class students. The purpose: to study have 11-12 classes the inherent characteristics of entrepreneurship. Methods: literature analysis, questionnaire, survey results of statistical analysis. A survey and the organization: study conducted a questionnaire survey, which was attended by 104 Joniškis and Šiauliai 11-12 classes. The survey also found, that rather striking students understand entrepreneurship - as a business development and its development. They know what personal qualities are needed to entrepreneurship human, and those that seem most important self-confidence and leadership are not enough educated at schools. Entrepreneurship education has a limited use of active teaching methods such as project development, workshops, visits to businesses. Few students are included in the simulation business operations of their schools, many do not even know about them. However, for the 11-12 class students it is an important opportunity to express themselves and be active, because most of them would like to set up their own business and become independent. Work consists of abstract, introduction, chapter 2, findings, references, annex 1. The paper contains 2 tables and 15 figures.
