„GYMNIC“ kamuolių eksperimentinės programos poveikis vaikų laikysenai ir pusiausvyrai /

Abstract

dc:description

The theoretical analysis of the work done on health and its determinants, attitude and values of human and child life, usage of „Gymnic“ balls in preventive and remedial trainings. The hypothesis – „Gymnic“ balls experimental program, which is employed in teamwork, helps to correct wrong preschool child‘s posture and improves balance. The study was carried out in experimental method. The aim – to investigate the effect of „Gymnic“ balls experimental program for preschool child‘s posture and balance. This program is applied in teamwork. The statistical (correlation averages of Mann‘s and Whitney‘s university) data analysis is accomplished. 48 preschool childs (from Siauliai kindergarten „Rugiagėlė“) with different posture problems took part in the research. The empirical part of the work examines posture problems of preschool age children. It also examines the level of development balance and „Gymnic“ balls experimental program impact on children posture and balance change results. The main empirical findings: 1. The initial posture and balance evaluations have shown that preschool age children have poor posture and balance skills are extremely poor. Most children have a knee strain, increased physiological spinal curves, significantly raised abdomens. 2. During experiment the experimental and control group child‘s posture has improved, but the experimental group‘s posture has varied faster. The biggest positive change – physiological spinal curves have improved and abdomen rise has declined. Statistical analysis showed that these segments indicators are inter-related of strong, substantial and weak links. It can be argued that „Gymnic“ balls experimental program has a significant impact on preschool child‘s posture adjusment. 3. Balancing study showed that „Gymnic“ balls experimental program leads to preschool age children static and dynamic balance, as the experimental group of children exhibited better intermediate and final results. 4. The hypothesis set in the beginning of the work – „Gymnic“ balls experimental program, which is applied working in teamwork, helps preschool children to adjust poor posture and develop balance.
