This Master of Social Sciences at the reference point is the issue of rural and urban at risk students to prevent extra-curricular activities within the organization. Purpose of the survey - compared to the rural and urban schools in prevention of the organization at risk students (who are not enrolled in school) during popmokinę activity. Formulated at risk of school and extracurricular activities of attendance problems, as well as the difficulties faced by educators in organizing prevention activities. The paper analyzed various Lithuanian and foreign authors' theoretical and practical research. The analysis of the impact of risk to students living environment. The estimated benefits of the integration of what has teamwork at risk students. The analysis of what values should be declared in class tutor after school activities. Questions on how to organize preventive building at risk students. Master work done Lithuanian legislation governing the prevention and after-school activity analysis. After setting up the results showed that the majority of teachers is based on the Ministry of Education developed the concept. Between urban and rural type schools significant differences were found.
