Bachelor's thesis analyzes the JSC,, Girteka Logistics“ internal communication based on the views of workers. The object of this paper - internal communication. The purpose of this paper - to carry out an assessment of internal communication JSC,, Girteka Logistics „ employees. The theoretical part of this paper examines communication and process, widely analyze internal communication (formal and informal) peculiarities and effective communication features and barriers. Empirical research was used to find out what kind of internal communication prevails in the company. Drawing the attention to the relevance of the topic, the problem formulates the question: What is the state of internal communication JSC, „Girteka Logistics“? What are the barriers facing the organization? A total of 87 JSC „Girteka Logistics“ employees, of which the majority were men (55%)and other 45% were women. UAB Girteka Logistics employees are older people from 26-45 years old and most of them have a lower-level manager (team leader) position or regular workers, who usually gets instructions from higher positioned people. The study dalyvavao-section of all district managers. All departments of the staff were involved in the research. Main results: JSC „Girteka Logistics“ managers need to consider and review the internal communication smoothness channels taking into account all levels and major determinants. The poll results revealed that a significant proportion of the workers do not agree that: the leaders: inform workers about the real situation of the company. Also, JSC „Girteka Logistics“ company and its vertical communication has interferences, which significantly affect the transfer of communication in the organization. JSC „Girteka Logistics“ company from the bottom up (from regular workers - heads of company) communication has noticeable interference, which are: employees has to be informed about accomplished and work in progress, etc. Even thought, in JSC „Girteka Logistics“ „horizontal\" communication is taking action,it is necessary for the company to take in account that among employees is felt jealousy, rivalry, the desire to earn the favor of the head, etc.
