Bachelor thesis aims to carry out foreign direct investment analysis and study their impact on labor productivity. Investment plays an important role in economic development and improve the efficiency. The Law of the Republic of Lithuania indicates that the investment - cash, tangible, intangible and financial assets that are invested in the investment property to get social outcomes (education, culture, science, social security and other areas), or to ensure the implementation of state functions. The investment is significant in that it is a contribution to the country's economic well-being. In the theoretical part deals with foreign direct investment and productivity of the theoretical aspects. The practical part is performed in foreign direct investment, labor productivity analysis. Also performed regression, correlation analysis, to determine whether foreign direct investment has an impact on labor productivity. After the analyzes will be able to respond to the challenges raised by the work.
