Analyzing the relationship between capital structure and profitability of organizations: A case of the UK Pharmaceutical Industry

The research that has been conducted has focused on the specific identification of the relationship that exists between the structure of the capital and hence analyses significantly tgr profitability aspect that is associated with the organisation. For the establishment of the study in a congruent manner, the case study of the UK Pharma industry has been taken into consideration. As per the topic of the research, the UK markets in dire need to establish a confined relationship between the flexibility of the financial resources and the structure of the organisation. Additionally, discussion on the several factors that determine the rapid growth reasons are also presented in the study. The study has majorly focused on integration and work of factors like, "Gross profit margin, net profit margin and operating margins of profit" based on which the chapter of Literature Review is formulated. In this chapter, considering the pivotal parts of the topic, relevant themes have been generated based on which analysis of the themes have been ideally generated. The chapter of methodology, consists in details the different types of methods that has been considered for the formulation of the study and hence have helped in articulating the study significantly. The chapters on context and analysis have presented details on different companies coming under the Pharma industry, and discussion on the individual gearing ratio and ROA has been pivotally focused for the successful completion of the study. The chapter of analysis discusses on the pivotal points and therefore based on that, the hypothesis has been discussed in terrms to the regression valuation. Lastly, the chapter on conclusion provides the needed dimensions on discussion of the entire study hence justifying the inter relationship of the objectives with the topic.
