Abstract
dc:descriptionThese findings suggest that communication is an extremely important component of conflict situations, and appears to determine whether the conflict will escalate or de-escalate. The connection of these findings to theoretical approaches is noted. In addition, theoretical as well as practical implications are discussed. Several lines for future research are suggested.
