Dynamic Parenting: A Study of Mothers' and Fathers' Changing Beliefs About Childrearing
Abstract
dc:descriptionIn sum, the study supported a dynamic vision of parenting, highlighting the transforming potential of interactions with dynamic cultural contexts and the developing child on parental beliefs. Findings also point to the importance of considering both mothers and fathers' beliefs, particularly the utility of giving each voice to their affective parenting experiences.
