Abstract

dc:description

This study supports the use of video self-confrontation during supervision to assist student teachers in identifying and discovering instructional options which initially are not evident while teacher. Supervisors should become familiar with student teachers' former education and experience through which they can better understand and build upon instructional beliefs during supervision.
