This study was designed to gather and compare descriptive information on the men and women who obtained their graduate degrees (Ed.M., Advanced Certificate, doctorate: Ph.D./Ed.D.) in educational administration from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign from 1985-1990. The study also sought to determine the association between advanced degrees in educational administration and the careers of these graduates.
