Abstract
dc:description.abstractThere exists within our society a propensity for violence which grows more alarming with each passing year. A combination of the availability of weapons, the sociological aggrandizement of immediate actions, and constitutionally guaranteed individual freedoms have created conditions alimentative of this violence.
