Discharge Patterns of Brain Stem Neurons During Saccadic and Pursuit Tracking Eye Movements.
Abstract
dc:description.abstractMany visual processes are directly affected by eye movements. For example, if a visual target is to be viewed with maximum acuity, the eyes must be positioned so that the image of the object falls on the fovea, the retinal area with the greatest density of photoreceptors.
