Abstract
dc:description.abstract
This thesis presents some results related the Paving Conjecture. The proofs of three important results are presented: the Paving Conjecture is equivalent to the R-epsilon Conjecture, the Paving Conjecture is equivalent to the Paving Conjecture for the triangular matrices, and the result that self-adjoint matrices with all entries non-negative are pavable.
