<p>The objectives of this study were to:<br> 1. Describe selected personal and professional characteristics of the nurses;<br> 2. Describe the nurses' level of knowledge of selected pain management concepts;<br> 3. Describe the nurses' levels of misconceptions regarding selected pain management concepts;<br> 4. Determine whether there is a significant relationship between the nurses' levels of misconceptions regarding selected pain management concepts and the nurses' age and the nurses' hospital unit of employment.</p>
