Crider This project seeks to increase the discipleship practices of the worship ministry at Park Place Baptist Church in Pearl, Mississippi. Chapter 1 presents the ministry context, rationale, and the methodology for this project. Chapter 2 provides biblical support for the need of the project. In looking at Matthew 28:18-20, 1 Peter 2:1-9, 2 Timothy 2:1-7, and Ephesians 4:11-13, it is evident that every believer is commanded to be a disciple maker. Chapter 3 presents a practical method to how the worship ministry at PPBC seeks to create a culture of discipleship. Chapter 4 describes the project in detail, covering the methodology and the curriculum used in this project. Chapter 5 evaluates effectiveness of the project based upon the completion of the set goals. Finally, the project seeks to equip the worship ministry at PPBC with the knowledge, confidence, and ability to invest in the lives of others to create a culture of biblical discipleship.
