Estudio de la interrelación entre las células stem mesenquimales y las células progenitoras hematopoyéticas en pacientes con síndrome mielodisplásico

Abstract

[EN]In this thesis is to study in MDS (myelodysplastic syndrome) and gene functional characteristics of MSC (mesenchymal stem cells), bone marrow stromal stem compared with those of healthy subjects and to determine its role in the pathophysiology of the disease . The specific objectives are: 1. MSC analyze whether patients with MDS have alterations in relation to their capacity of proliferation, and differentiation phenotype. 2. Analyze the presence of genomic alterations in patients with MDS MSC that could justify the alterations described above. 3. Check whether genomic alterations may be involved in dysregulation of the mechanisms of control of hematopoiesis.
