Estudio de la incidencia de tumores sólidos en la provincia de Salamanca en el periodo 2006-2008
Abstract
[EN] This study is not a tumor registry, is a proxy for the incidence of various solid tumors in the province of Salamanca in the period 2006 to 2008. In this study we have set the following objectives: - Know the overall incidence, the incidence in men and in women the incidence of solid tumors in the province of Salamanca during the 2006-2008 period and compare their situation with other Spanish registries approved by the IARC for which figures are available. - Know the overall incidence and incidence in men and women of the main types of solid tumors in the province of Salamanca during the 2006-2008 period and compare their situation with other Spanish registries approved by the IARC for which figures are available. - To identify a potential difference in the incidence of solid tumors between urban and rural areas of the province of Salamanca, globally, in men and women in the period 2006-2008 and to determine the incidence of tumors in the main urban and rural areas.
