Nuevas estrategias inmunodenotípicas aplicadas al diagnóstico y clasificación de síndromes linfoproliferativos crónicos

Abstract

[EN] This dissertation has proposed the following objectives: To evaluate the usefulness of flow cytometry in samples obtained by FNA cytology versus conventional (associated or not with histological / immunohistochemical) in the initial diagnosis and classification of SLPC. To investigate the utility of immunophenotyping for the expression of proteins of the tetraspanin family in the diagnosis and classification of SLPC-B, with reference to the pattern of expression of these proteins in normal B cells. Designing a new strategy that allows an objective assessment of the efficiency of a panel of antibody combinations used in the routine for the classification of the most common subtypes of SLPC-B, while providing information on the most useful markers and their contribution on this diagnostic classification.
