Avaliação do burnout, engagement e resiliência nos bombeiros do distrito da guarda
Abstract
[EN] This paper is a contribution to the improved perception of the mental health of firefighters in the province of Guarda. Like any other scientific work, has limitations, some inherent to the subject under study, others due to errors attributed to its author. In the specific case of this study highlight the fact of not having obtained the job description of Fire, with its tasks and functions. This would have been important, especially to differentiate whether volunteer firefighters burned for her professional work or volunteer firefighter. Another limitation was the use of self-report questionnaires. The answers may variaren depending on when you are completed and may be different, that is, the same questionnaires at another time the results may vary. For all these reasons it would be extremely important to apply this analysis to the end of a fire season, comparing the results with this work and then watching their differences. You could also invest in the study of those factors that work like real walls and negative forces for sustainable development and balanced human being.
