A musical wearable : integrating electronics into clothing
Abstract
dc:description.abstractThis project is an art project and a science project. Traditional forms of art - music, dance, fashion - are integrated with new technologies - electronics and software - to create an item of clothing, or "wearable", which creates music from the movements of the body through dance. In this thesis I outline and explain how and what was done to create this wearable.
