A practical framework by using active M&A strategy for corporate growth in China
Abstract
dc:description.abstractAs China becomes more global, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As), have been increasingly attracting the attention of China. This thesis investigates M&A theories and practices of valuation and integration in China on the basis of the analysis of the current trends of M&A market in both the US and China. Some related studies are reviewed to identify the research gap and applications in the Chinese context. A practical framework of using an active M&A strategy for corporate growth is presented, along with a case study.
