Analisis pengaruh likuiditas, struktur modal dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap profitabilitas: Studi pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2010-2013

INDONESIA: Setiap badan usaha berdiri dengan tujuan utama yaitu untuk memperoleh laba atau profit. Kemampuan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba dalam kegiatan operasinya merupakan fokus utama dalam penilaian prestasi perusahaan. Karena laba perusahaan merupakan indikator kemampuan perusahaan memenuhi kewajiban bagi para penyandang dananya dan elemen dalam penciptaan nilai perusahaan yang menunjukkan prospek perusahaan di masa yang akan datang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah variabel seperti rasio likuiditas (current ratio), struktur modal (debt to equity ratio) dan struktur kepemilikan (kepemilikan manajerial) dapat mempengaruhi profitabilitas perusahaan yang diukur menggunakan ROE. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian penjelasan (explanation research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana peneliti menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 15 perusahaan yang terdaftar tetap di JII periode 2010-2013. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengen teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel likuiditas, struktur modal dan struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Secara parsial hanya struktur modal yang berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan likuiditas dan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. ENGLISH: Each entity created in order to make as much profit as possible as the main purpose. The company's ability to generate profits in its operations is the main focus in the assessment of the company's achievements. Because the company's profit constitutes an indicator of a company's ability to meet obligations for people with funds and elements in the creation of value company that demonstrate the company's prospects in the future. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether variables such as liquidity ratio (current ratio), capital structure (debt to equity ratio) and ownership structure (managerial ownership) could affect the company's profitability as measured by ROE. This study used explanation research with quantitative approach where the researcher explained the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. The sample in this study consisted of 15 companies listed constantly in JII 2010-2013. Sampling was conducted by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variable liquidity simultaneously, capital structure and ownership structure affected positively and significantly on profitability. Partially, only capital structure affected positively and significantly on profitability. While liquidity and managerial ownership affected negatively and insignificanly towards profitability.
