Συγκριτική μελέτη βιοφυσικής εικόνας του εμβρύου και του ρυθμού ανάπτυξης αυτού σε φυσιολογικές και παθολογικές κυήσεις
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe results of a prospective clinical trial based on a biophysical profile (BP) scoring and measurement of BPD, FL and AC in normal pregnancies, as well as in high risk pregnancies were evaluated in 174 women (82 normal pregnancies, 44 pregnancies complicated by diabetes mellitus and 48 pregnancies complicated by hypertension). It is concluded that in normal pregnancies, there was a weak relation between biophysical profile scoring and fetal measurements, with high scores of BP from 28 to 40 weeks of gestation but with somewhat lower values in the first weeks of the last trimester. On the other hand it was found that BP scoring was lower in high risk pregnancies, especially in diabetes mellitus and hypertension than those in normal pregnancies.
