A Blurry Outline and Other Stories

A Blurry Outline and Other Stories is a collection of four short stories and three flash pieces. Family, friends and loss, primarily a daughter's loss of her mother, are the themes that bind these stories together. The tone of these stories ranges from melancholy to humorous. All of these works have a female narrator. While each narrator is a different person, there is a progression of age throughout the collection. The flash pieces in this collection act as bridges of ideas and imagery between the short stories.
