Variaciones del perfil esteroideo con diferentes tipos de ejercicio y actividad física
Abstract
dc:descriptionEl ejercicio físico de alta intensidad provoca variaciones en el perfil hormonal esteroideo. El objetivo de la tesis es tratar de observar estas alteraciones y de establecer unos marcadores fisiológicos urinarios para tratar de cuantificar el entrenamiento. Para ello se trabajo con un grupo de ciclistas y un grupo que realizó un trabajo de fuerza.
