Estrés oxidativo en células excitables: implicaciones en la regulación de la homeostasis del calcio intracelular

En esta tesis doctoral estudiamos los efectos causados por la exposición a especies reactivas liberadas en situaciones de estrés oxidativo, principalmente peroxinitrito (ONOO-), sobre la homeostasis intracelular del Ca2+ en neuronas y en células de músculo esquelético como modelos de estudio de células excitables.
