Estudio de influencia de parámetros significativos de BJTs en estructuras análogicas bipolares

Mediante el estudio de una estructura básica de Amplificador Operacional se determinan sus características, influencia de parámetros significativos, respuesta en frecuencia y aplicaciones. Con la información disponible se propone otra estructura mejorada, mediante posibles cambios en los parámetros más significativos, en la que determinan los nuevos resultados.
