El Derecho-decía Ortega- es la vida misma, contemplada desde un punto de vista especial, es decir, ¿lo jurídico¿. Esto se presenta, indudablemente, ante la vida de los hombres con la necesidad de que el pensamiento valorativo en la interpretación de los hechos y del derecho se convierta en tarea esencial para conseguir el ideal de justicia.
