El sistema de logística inversa en la empresa: Análisis y aplicaciones

Esta tesis analiza el problema planteado por los productos desechados por los consumidores (productos fuera de uso) y la forma en que la empresa puede gestionar la recuperación económica de éstos. Se estudiarán, de una forma integral, las distintas opciones de recuperación existentes a través del concepto de logística inversa.
