Papel de la vía de las tirosinas cinasas en el páncreas exocrino

En este trabajo se ha estudiado el papel que la vía de las tirosinas cinasas puede tener sobre la secreción pancreática exocrina. Se ha demostrado que la activación directa de esta vía alternativa modula la secreción pancreática en respuesta a CCK. Asimismo, la inhibición de la actividad tirosina fosfatasa promueve la movilización de calcio intracelular, que se asocia a un patrón secretor.
