The development of a curriculum on nutritional concepts in nursing

<p>The purpose of this curriculum project has been to develop a nutrition course designed for registered nurses that can be offered through an adult education program within the community. The course is intended to present current nutritional concepts to meet the interests and needs of nurses in a continuing education context.</p>
