dc:description.abstractThe problem is to critically examine "Strategic" Managerial Planning in the case of and in light of plant location decisions. | The working hypotheses are as follows: (1) Plant location is a facet of "Strategic" Managerial Planning. (2) The basic principles here—that is of plant location—apply to all companies. (3) Differential application of the principles and factors of plant location tend to result in different schemes or patterns of plant location.
