Szakiskolás tanulók rövid távú munkaerő-piaci és továbbtanulási tervei = Short term career aspirations of vocational school students

Dolgozatomban végzős szakiskolai tanulók rövid távú, karrierterveit vizsgálom. Munkám központi kérdése, hogy a képzés befejezése előtt álló fiatalok milyen feltételek mellett és miért döntenek a munkaerőpiacra történő belépés és/vagy az érettségi megszerzése mellett, illetve milyen okok magyarázzák a jövőjükkel kapcsolatos bizonytalanságot. A döntéseket magyarázó tényezők három csoportba sorolhatók, ezek a fiatalok rendelkezésére álló családi erőforrások hatása, az iskolai életút során felhalmozott tapasztalatok befolyása, valamint a munkaerőpiacra vonatkozó tanulói elvárások. Vizsgálom ezen kívül a három változócsoport egymással mutatott kapcsolatát. A téma bemutatására két módszertani eszközt használok, intézményvezetőkkel folytatott szakértői interjúkat, valamint egy reprezentatív adatfelvétel eredményeit. _____ This dissertation focuses on the short term career aspirations of vocational school students. The main question of my research was investigating which factors influence decision making in vocational students. The explanatory models include three dependent variables, as possible short term tracks, which are: labor market entry, the acquisition of a baccalaureate and uncertain career plans. The explanatory variables can be categorized into three groups, I analyzed the influence of the family background, the effects of the school experiences and the impacts of subjective labor market expectations of the students. This dissertation shows the process which creates systematic differences within the career aspiration of the students. According to my hypotheses, the sets of factors mentioned above, influence the daily experience of the students and they contribute to the building of different visions about their future career.
