Industrial-Vocational Guidance Procedures in Washington Secondary Schools - 1970

Abstract

dc:description.abstract

It was the intent of this study to determine the nature of the vocational guidance programs on the secondary level in the State of Washington. In so doing, it was intended to answer two questions: 1. What guidance relative to the world-of-work was being done: 2. Who was performing the vocational guidance function? With answers to the foregoing questions, it was possible to determine some changes that could be implemented across the state to improve secondary vocational guidance programs.
