Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to (1) investigate what influences the American Military Government had on the German education system after World War II, (2) develop an understanding of the general structure of the German school system, and (3) analyze some of the forces affecting changes in the German educational philosophies, practices, and curriculum.
