A Study of What an Elementary Principal Should Know about the First Grade Reading Program
Abstract
dc:description.abstractSince most formal reading instruction begins in the first grade, it was the purpose of this study to provide elementary principals with information on certain phases of the first grade reading program. Those phases seen as important to this study include basic methods, skills, materials, and evaluation procedures used in teaching reading.
