Abstract
dc:description.abstractIt was the purpose of this study to compile data concerning the structure and function of student councils in the elementary schools of Vancouver, Washington. This compilation of information will be available to aid educators who are assigned the duties and responsibilities of advising student councils at the elementary level. It will also give the administrators of Vancouver, Washington, who have endorsed elementary councils, an opportunity to ascertain their councils' current structure and function.
