A Survey of Ellensburg Public School Teachers’ and Students’ Attitudes Concerning the Use of Television as an Observation Instrument

It was the purpose of this study to survey the Ellensburg public school teachers’ and students’ attitudes toward the television observation program in use at Central Washington College of Education. Of specific interest were attitudes toward the equipment used in this program.
