A Folk Dance Program for Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Grades

Abstract

<p>This study was made (1) to determine the present folk dance trends in the elementary grades of public schools in the City of Yakima, Washington, (2) to point out the value of folk dance in elementary education, and (3) to help teachers present to boys and girls in grades four through six the dances suitable for these grades.</p>
