Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe purpose of this paper has been two-fold. First to trace the history and philosophy of industrial arts from antiquity to the present, with emphasis upon the present. Second, a program for the small Junior High School has been proposed that is in accordance with the modern day purpose and objectives of industrial arts.
